All Decked Out

What a great place to spend some quality time with family! We booked "All Decked Out" for our family Thanksgiving get-together, and I couldn't imagine a more perfect setting. This beautiful home overlooks a quiet cove off Lake Norman in Denver and is just a few minutes away from the grocery store, making it easier to settle in. The home offered ample space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. I really appreciated the semi-private "apartment" above the garage with its own living room, full-size fridge, Keurig, and king-size bedroom. My girls and their cousins decided to move into the "kids' room," which features dual bunk beds, dual desks for working on crafts, and plenty of floor space to sprawl out and play. My dad and sister appreciated first-floor bedrooms which made it easier to get around and setup a crib for the toddler. The highlight was the huge backyard with the large deck, an elevated view of the lake, and a two-tiered lawn with plenty of space for throwing around the football, frisbee, etc. Despite the cold weather, we made good use of small dock and included kayaks. The kitchen offered plenty of space for preparing our feast, with dual ovens, a 5-burner range, and a gas barbecue grill just outside. Best of all, Dan and Sara were gracious hosts and quick to answer any questions we had. My only regret is that we were only able to book 3 days.

Great house for a group gathering! We celebrated an early Thanksgiving with family and the house and hosts were terrific! They were super responsive to our questions and extremely accommodating - even proactively purchasing sheet pans and having them sent to the house to make sure we had what we needed to prepare our meal! Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Beautiful property with plenty of space for large group. Great outdoor set up with 2 large tables on the porch, hot tub and tv, and lower level fire pit. House was clean and well stocked and beds were comfortable. Host was veey responsive and checked to make sure we had everything we needed even for a short stay. Would recommend and will book again.

We travel a good bit for travel soccer and travel volleyball, so we stay in many VRBOs over the course of the year. This home is the nicest home we have ever rented. The home was immaculate! The kitchen has every item you could possibly need, the bedrooms are very spacious, and the home is decorated very nicely. We were unable to utilize the dock and lake like we had hoped due to inclement weather the one afternoon that we had free. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed and hosted an 80th birthday party, and everything was amazing. The property is exactly as listed. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly to questions or concerns. The beds are comfortable, so you can expect to get a great night's sleep. I will definitely book another time with Dan and Sara in the future.
