Wonderful Week at an Amazing House!
I can't say enough good things about 106 Due East. Stunningly beautiful house set on a scenic lot along Lake Norman. Tastefully appointed and the layout was perfect for folks to choose between gathering to talk or retreating for some private time. Easily in the top 1% of vacation rentals that my wife and I have enjoyed (and there have been many).
Dan & Sara were gracious and responsive hosts when minor matters needed attending to. I highly recommend this property for family gatherings (we celebrated a 70th birthday there) and / or friends' reunions.

Wonderful place
In town for a wedding and our stay was amazing. This place was everything the photos show and more. The lake was amazing even used the kayaks for a little trip onto the lake. The fire pit was already staged for use making it simple to enjoy the night Dan and Shay were perfect hosts as well.
